Day 32 - 8/4/13

Weight - 299.6, down .6 pounds from yesterday, 34.6 from end of loading phase.

Hunger - Pretty good today no problems.

Snack - Fat free plain greek yogurt with blueberries - 9am
Meal#1 - FYV Italian Meatballs with tomato sauce - 12:30pm
Snack - Apple, Pecan Nut Thins - 3pm
Meal#2 - FYV Chicken & minced cabbage - 5pm
Snack - Apple, Blueberries, Pecan Nut Thins - 8:30pm

Drops - 10:30am, 3:30pm, 10:30pm
Water - 100oz
Exercise - none

Summary - Today was a great day at church. We had Sunday school as usual and we talked about obedience in general and how God calls us to be obedient in different ways. It was very cool. We had 10 in attendance and we all took turns reading from the scripture. The message today in the main service was around the lesson of Mary/Martha and how they each served and were attentive to the Lord in their own way. Sometimes we are too much like Martha and are anxious about making sure everything is perfect when we need to remember to be more like Mary and just concentrate on Jesus.

Today was a low key day, I had to buy some new clothes from Kohl's to help fit after my recent weight loss so that was cool. I'm also in the 200's today! Sweet! I'm pretty excited and hope to see the number continue to drop so I stay comfortably below the 300's and never go back!

I'm back to work tomorrow after my surgery and I'm excited to get back into the swing of things. I usually drink more water when I work (just seem to drink more when I talk so much all day) so that will help me stay hydrated a little better than the past week. Also I've had 3 days straight with no exercise but good weight loss numbers. I'm looking to walk Monday-Friday for 30 minutes this week and take the weekend off. Let's see how it shakes out.
