Weight - 302.6, down .4 pounds from yesterday, 31.6 from end of loading phase.
Hunger - No noticeable huger waking up, just thirsty. Got pretty hungry around 9 and had a snack.
Snack - Apple, Pecan Nut Thins - 9am
Meal#1 - FYV Buffalo Chicken (Favorite!) - 2:15pm
Snack - Apple - 4pm
Meal#2 - FYV White Fish & Spinach - 6pm
Snack - Blueberries & Pecan Nut Thins - 10pm
Drops - 7am, 1pm, 9:30pm
Water - 120oz
Exercise - 2 mile walk at 5pm
Summary - Not a lot to comment on today, just following the program, had a good day.
