Day 6 - 7/9/13

Weight - 322.8, down 2 pounds from yesterday, 11.4 from end of loading phase.

Hunger - Not super hungry when waking up. Will follow same plan as yesterday with 4 drops.

Snack - Blueberry smoothie - 9:30am
Meal#1 - Italian meatballs, delicious wanted more - 11:15am
Snack - Pecan rounds - 1:30pm
Meal#2 - Chicken Dijon with broccoli - 5:00pm
Snack - Blueberry smoothie - 9pm

Drops - 6:45am, 10:50am, 3:30pm, 8:40
Water - over 160oz

Summary - Today was a pretty good day although the Italian meatballs from FYV were so good, I wish there were 4 more. I am starting to extend meals and let them last by eating a little bit at a time. That seems to help. Overall I wasn't super hungry but just getting over the boredom eating phase forming new habits. I think 4 drops for a while will help. Will plan on that for another week or so.
